Our Team.

Our Market Designs team is unique and made up of market specific consultants.  Our company relies upon the expertise of business veterans, mid career and some entry level professionals to apply our processes.  Our managing team, pictured here, has over 50 years of collective experience among them in industries that include travel distribution, travel technology, software development, banking, retail, construction engineering, fintech, startup development, and operations management.  Our team also includes administration and research assistants from a group of interns and support staff.  

 

Market Designs started its business in 2004 consulting with and developing strategic market entry plans for online travel companies and global distribution system marketers.  As the years progressed the company has worked on projects in the U.S., Europe, Central and South America, Asia, Africa and the Middle East.  Our consulting engagements range from assisting a major online travel company plan its Asia market entry strategy, including identifying the best and most cost effective global distribution system on which to drive its bookings, to spending two years in the Middle East building out the largest Middle East based travel management company's operations.  We have helped U.S., Africa, Asian, Central and South American airlines understand and develop their Global Distribution Systems and the contracts surrounding them.  Allowing them to improve their revenue while increasing their market positioning and enabling them to remain aligned with current technology trends.

 

We have advised dozens of startups working in different industries from travel, technology development, health care to non profits on business development, sales and financial management.  Our company has strong expertise in distribution platforms with particular focus on the travel industry.
